Shipping & Delivery Policy
Outlines how orders are processed, packaged, shipped, and delivered to customers.
1. Overview
Shree Karunmart partners with trusted national and regional logistics providers to deliver orders safely across India. This policy explains our handling timelines, delivery commitments, and how you can track your shipment every step of the way.
2. Order Processing Time
- Standard products: Packed within 24–48 business hours.
- Made-to-order or personalised items: May require up to 5 business days before dispatch. The estimated ship date is highlighted on the product page.
- Multiple-item orders: We might split deliveries so in-stock products reach you sooner. You will only be charged once for shipping.
3. Shipping Methods & Charges
Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on destination pin code, weight, and promotions. Our current delivery promise is:
- Nationwide Delivery (7–15 business days): This is currently the fastest available service level. Timelines vary slightly by pin code, regional weather conditions, and courier workload.
- Heavy or bulky items: May require coordination with the logistics partner before delivery; they will reach out to schedule a convenient slot within the same 7–15 day window.
We currently ship within India. International shipping is being piloted with limited categories; duties and taxes, if applicable, are payable by the recipient.
4. Tracking & Notifications
Once your package leaves our fulfilment centre you will receive tracking details by email and SMS. You can also view live updates through the "Track Order" button on your AKMART account or by visiting the courier partner’s tracking page.
5. Delivery Attempts & Address Issues
- Couriers attempt delivery up to two times for most locations. If unreachable, the parcel returns to our warehouse.
- Please double-check your delivery address, pin code, and contact number before confirming the order. Address changes post-dispatch are subject to carrier approval.
- For failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, shipping charges may be deducted from refunds.
6. Damages, Missing Items, or Delays
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately. For concealed damages or missing items, raise a ticket within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and product. We will coordinate with the courier and send a replacement or refund as per inventory availability.
