1. Order Processing and Delivery Timelines
We work hard to get your items to you as fast as possible. Here is what to expect after you place an order:
- Processing (2 to 4 Days): We take 2 to 4 days to check, pack, and prepare your items for shipping.
- Shipping (5 to 10 Days): Once shipped, it takes 5 to 10 days to reach your address.
- Maximum Time (15 Days): In total, your order will take a maximum of 15 days to reach you.
2. Shipping and Payment Charges
- Online Payments: We accept online payments (UPI, Cards, Net Banking) which often have free or low shipping charges.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): If you choose Cash on Delivery, you must pay an extra charge. This fee is added at checkout because handling cash costs more.
3. Delivery Attempts
The delivery person will try to deliver the package up to two times. If you are not home or they cannot reach you, the package will come back to our warehouse. Please make sure your phone number and address are fully correct when you order.
