Exchange Policy
We offer an "Exchange Only" policy. This explains how to request a replacement for faulty or incorrect items.
1. No Returns and No Refunds
We follow a strict Exchange Only policy. We do not accept returns and we do not give cash or money refunds. Please check your size, color, and product details carefully before placing your order.
2. When Can You Exchange?
You can request an exchange within 7 days after the item is delivered. You can only exchange if:
- The item you received is damaged or broken.
- The item is different from what you ordered (wrong size or wrong color).
- The item is unused, has all original tags on it, and is in its original box.
Very Important: You must record a clear, continuous unboxing video when opening the package for the first time. The video must show the parcel label, all sides of the box, and the item being taken out. Without this unboxing video, we cannot accept any exchange request for damaged or missing items.
3. How to Request an Exchange
- Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the package. Send us your order details and the unboxing video.
- Once we verify your request, we will arrange a return pickup if your location supports it. Otherwise, we will guide you on how to send the item back to us.
- Our team will inspect the item within 3 days after it reaches us.
- If everything is correct, we will ship the replacement item to you. If the item is out of stock, only then we will offer store credit or a refund.
