Orders & Tracking
How do I track my order?
Log in to your AKMART account and open the "Orders" tab. Click "Track Order" beside the relevant purchase. We also send tracking links by SMS and email as soon as the parcel ships.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
Address changes are possible before dispatch. Reach out via chat or call us with the updated address. Once the shipment is picked up by our courier, we can attempt a reroute on a best-effort basis.
What if I miss the delivery?
The courier will try again on the next working day. If both attempts fail, the package returns to our warehouse and a refund (minus shipping, if applicable) is initiated automatically.
Payments & Invoices
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, buy-now-pay-later partners, and cash on delivery (COD) for eligible products. Payment options may vary by pin code.
When will my COD refund be processed?
COD refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer within 3 business days after the item submitted for exchange passes quality checks. We will request your account details securely during the exchange workflow.
How do I download a GST invoice?
Visit the "Orders" tab, select the order, and click "Download Invoice". If you need a GST-compliant invoice, ensure your GSTIN is added to your profile before completing the purchase.
Exchanges & Refunds
How do I request an exchange?
Open the order details and choose "Exchange or Replace". Select the reason, upload photos if prompted, and confirm the pickup slot or drop-off instructions provided.
How long does a refund take?
Prepaid refunds reflect in 5-7 business days after quality inspection. COD refunds reach your provided bank/UPI account within 3 business days.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes, if the size is available. Initiate an exchange, choose "Size Exchange", and follow the prompts. We dispatch the new size once the original item passes inspection.
Account & Security
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the email or SMS instructions. For Google sign-in users, manage security directly in your Google account.
How do I manage saved addresses and payment methods?
Go to "My Account" > "Profile" to add, edit, or delete addresses and saved cards. We tokenize payment information and never store full card numbers.
Does AKMART support multiple profiles?
Right now, each phone number or email can hold a single AKMART account. Family members should register separately for better order tracking.
Product & Inventory
Are the products genuine?
Yes. We source directly from brands and authorised distributors. Each product passes quality checks before it goes live.
What if the product is out of stock?
Click "Notify Me" on the product page and we will alert you as soon as it is restocked. Popular items may restock in weekly batches.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, for select categories. Look for the "Gift Ready" badge during checkout. A minimal charge applies.
